How to add a signature to your Mail Account

Outlook Webmail

1. Open up and log into your webmail (https://outlook.office365.com).

2. Click on the Settings Cog in the top right corner and then select Mail on the panel that appears (see attachment 1).

3. Click on Email Signature under layout and enter in the signature that you would like to use and then press Save (see attachment 2).

 

Outlook Webmail (New Version)

1. Open up and log into your webmail (https://outlook.office365.com).

2. Click on the Settings Cog in the top right corner and then select View all Outlook settings on the panel that appears (see attachment 3).

3. Click on Mail, then choose Compose and reply.  Update your signature to what you want it to be and then press Save (see attachment 4).
